Job summary

Dewan Consultants is urgently hiring a Heavy Equipment - AC Technician - Crane for their operations in Saudi Arabia. The role involves installing, inspecting, and maintaining HVAC systems in heavy equipment and cranes. Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience and strong knowledge of automotive HVAC systems.

The position offers a salary of SAR 2500 - 3000, plus food allowances. Responsibilities also include troubleshooting electrical systems and performing preventive maintenance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as an A/C Technician for heavy equipment or cranes.
• Good knowledge of automotive/heavy equipment HVAC systems.
• Experience in troubleshooting electrical and A/C control systems.
• Familiarity with refrigerant handling and charging procedures.

Responsibilities

Job description

We are urgently hiring a Heavy Equipment - AC Technician - Crane for Saudi-based Manufacturing company.

Position: Heavy Equipment - AC Technicians - Crane

Job Responsibilities:

• Install, inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain air conditioning systems in cranes and heavy equipment.
• Diagnose faults in A/C compressors, condensers, evaporators, blower motors, thermostats, and refrigerant systems.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of HVAC systems in heavy machinery.
• Check and repair electrical and control components related to A/C systems.
• Conduct gas charging, leak testing, vacuuming and refrigerant recovery as per standards.
• Inspect cabin cooling systems to ensure proper performance and operator comfort.
• Replace defective components, hoses, filters, relays, switches and other spare parts.
• Read and understand technical manuals, wiring diagrams and service instructions.
• Maintain daily service records and maintenance reports.
• Ensure all repair work is carried out following safety procedures and company standards.
• Attend site breakdowns and emergency maintenance when required.

Requirements:

• ITI / Diploma in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning or relevant technical qualification preferred.
• Minimum 35 years of experience as an A/C Technician for heavy equipment or cranes.
• Good knowledge of automotive/heavy equipment HVAC systems.
• Experience in troubleshooting electrical and A/C control systems.
• Familiarity with refrigerant handling and charging procedures.
• Experience with heavy equipment brands such as CAT, Komatsu, Liebherr, Tadano, Grove, or similar will be an advantage.
• Ability to work under site conditions and flexible timings.
• Basic English communication skills preferred.
