AtkinsRéalis is seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to install, operate, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for residential, commercial, or industrial facilities in Madinah, Sandy Centre. You will work with chillers, AHUs, FCUs, VRF/VRV, and DX units, ensuring safety and compliance with project specs.

Requires a Diploma/ITI in HVAC or related field and 3–7 years of hands-on experience, with knowledge of electrical and control systems.

Qualifications

• Diploma/ITI in HVAC, Mechanical Engineering, Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, or equivalent.
• 3–7 years of hands-on HVAC experience in projects or facilities.
• GCC/UAE project experience preferred and knowledge of ASHRAE/SMACNA/CIBSE is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Install, test, commission, maintain, and repair HVAC systems such as chillers, AHUs, FCUs, DX, VRF/VRV.
• Read and interpret drawings, schematics, and manuals.
• Diagnose faults and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control issues.
• Ensure proper refrigerant charging, pressure testing, vacuuming, and leak detection.
• Maintain service reports and coordinate with supervisors and other trades.

## HVAC TechnicianApply: SA.Madinah, Sandy Centre: Full time: Posted Today: R-165438### **Job Description**We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to install, operate, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for residential, commercial, or industrial facilities.
