Dewan Consultants is urgently hiring Heavy Equipment Electricians for a Saudi-based manufacturing company. The role involves performing electrical troubleshooting and maintenance of heavy equipment such as cranes and loaders. Job description

We are urgently hiring a Heavy Equipment - Electricians for Saudi-based Manufacturing company.

Position: Heavy Equipment Electricians - Cranes

Job Responsibilities

• Perform electrical troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of heavy equipment such as cranes, loaders, forklifts, and construction machinery.
• Diagnose faults in electrical, electronic, and control systems of heavy equipment.
• Repair and maintain wiring systems, batteries, alternators, starters, sensors, lighting systems, and control panels.
• Inspect and test electrical components using diagnostic tools and testing equipment.
• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance as per maintenance schedules.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.
• Install and replace electrical components, cables, switches, relays, and other related parts.
• Ensure all equipment is functioning safely and efficiently after repair work.
• Maintain daily maintenance records and service reports.
• Follow safety standards and company procedures while carrying out electrical work.
• Attend emergency breakdowns at site locations when required.

Requirements

• ITI / Diploma in Electrical or Automobile Engineering preferred.
• Minimum 35 years of experience as a Heavy Equipment Electrician.
• Experience in cranes, loaders, and construction equipment maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of electrical and electronic systems in heavy machinery.
• Familiarity with diagnostic tools and fault-finding procedures.
• Experience with brands such as CAT, Komatsu, Volvo, Liebherr, Tadano, Grove, or similar will be an advantage.
• Ability to work under site conditions and flexible timings.
• Basic English communication skills preferred.
