• Provide Expert Advice: Deliver direct advisory services to clients and guide them through complex workplace relations matters, always striving for excellence in your service delivery.
• Deliver Insights: Provide clients with the knowledge they need to navigate workplace regulations and ensure compliance, helping them succeed and grow.

• 1+ years of experience in a similar role, including HR or workplace relations advisors, who have:
• A Commercial Mindset: A pragmatic approach to delivering clear, practical advice both written and verbally, with a focus on helping businesses achieve success.
• Tech-Savvy & Client-Focused: Strong PC usage skills, thriving in a fast-paced, client-centric environment, and always working collaboratively to meet client needs.
• Driven & Self-Motivated: Passionate about continuous improvement, delivering results, and being the best practitioner you can be, while living the Peninsula values of excellence and accountability.
• A solid understanding of employment legislation and best practices in employment relations.
