Job summary

Wintec is seeking an International Mobility & Student Engagement Coordinator to support international education by coordinating travel for staff and students, exchange programs, Manaaki NZ Scholarships, and related mobility activities. Qualifications

• Experience coordinating travel, programmes, administration or student support services, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver excellent customer service.
• Outstanding organisational skills, high attention to detail and the ability to coordinate complex bookings, records and processes accurately and efficiently.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with confidence working with students, staff and stakeholders from diverse cultural backgrounds.
• Sound judgement, initiative and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and respond positively to unexpected situations.
• A collaborative, service-focused approach and a genuine passion for supporting students and staff while building strong international partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating travel arrangements for Wintec staff and students, ensuring bookings and related processes are accurate, timely and aligned with organisational policies.
• Coordinating inbound and outbound student exchange, staff mobility and Manaaki NZ Scholarships programmes from application through to completion.
• Supporting students, scholars and staff throughout their mobility journey, including travel, orientation, engagement and ongoing support.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with partner institutions, travel providers, government agencies and internal stakeholders.
• Maintaining accurate records, reporting and compliance while identifying opportunities to improve processes and service delivery.
