Job summary

Methven Primary School seeks an innovative and motivated teacher to work with Year 5 and 6 learners, implementing Phase 2 curriculum and assessment practices in a welcoming rural community.

You will contribute to Te Tiriti o Waitangi commitments, collaborate with colleagues and whānau, and foster a growth mindset while upholding the STAR values in a supportive team environment.

We are seeking an innovative and motivated teacher who is passionate about working with Year 5 & 6 learners and is confident in implementing Phase 2 curriculum and assessment practices.

Methven Primary School, located an hour from Christchurch in the vibrant ski town of Methven, offers a welcoming rural community with a wealth of local activities and opportunities.
