Job summary

Rolleston Christian School in Canterbury invites applications from passionate, experienced educators for a Certificated teaching role in our Year 6–8 hub. The position covers primary and intermediate (Years 1–8) with a competency-based curriculum.

Qualifications

• Certificated teacher for primary/intermediate (Years 1–8).

We are looking for a passionate, experienced educator to join our school. We have a position available in our Year 6-8 hub.

We have collaborative teaching and learning spaces, where we strive to deliver an innovative, competency-based curriculum with our faith in a loving God at the centre.

Well-developed, relational behaviour management skills, and strengths in maths and literacy are essential. We are on an ongoing journey with Te Reo Māori and Te Ao Māori, so a desire to engage with this is essential, and strengths in this area would be an advantage.

A willingness and ability to uphold the special character of the school is a condition of appointment.
