The position:
- Permanent, part time (Monday to Friday, 12:00pm start to 5:00pm finish)
- Must be available during school holidays
- Caring for a variety of administrative responsibilities
- Supporting Teachers in classrooms during lunch breaks
- NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa is a prerequisite
- Kindercare police vet all employees
About you:
You’re an experienced Administrator who has:
- A heart for children and families, and building relationships
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of people and cultures – internally and externally
- A sound understanding of various computer applications
- Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to multi-task
Main Tasks:
- Office administration and daily office operations
- Customer, supplier and contractor communication
- Quotations, invoices and purchase orders
- Job scheduling and field-team coordination
- Accounts administration and payroll support
- Management reporting and operational information
- Office procedures and process improvement

Job Requirements
- Ensure administrative tasks and records are completed accurately and on time
- Maintain effective communication between customers, management, suppliers and field teams
- Support timely procurement and availability of materials
- Maintain accurate employee, financial and health and safety records
- Identify and escalate operational issues requiring management attention
- Continually identify practical opportunities to improve administrative and operational efficiency

Remuneration: $35 per hour
Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week
