Job summary

Kindercare Learning Centres in Auckland is seeking a warm and professional Centre Administrator aligned with our values of safe, loved and learning to support a nurturing environment.

The role is permanent, part-time (Mon-Fri, 12:00pm start to 5:00pm finish) with school holiday availability, handling administrative tasks and supporting teachers during lunch breaks.

NZ residency or valid work visa required; Kindercare police vet all employees. Join a caring team dedicated to children and families.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service skills.
• A heart for children and families, and building relationships.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of people and cultures – internally and externally.
• A sound understanding of various computer applications.
• Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to multi-task.

• Caring for a variety of administrative responsibilities.
• Supporting Teachers in classrooms during lunch breaks.
