Job summary

Ritchies is seeking a proactive Workshop Administrator to join our Westgate Depot in Auckland on a permanent, full-time basis. You will coordinate day-to-day workshop administration, maintain fleet and maintenance records, and ensure our systems support a safe, compliant operation.

Working closely with workshop staff, suppliers and operations, you will manage purchasing, stock control, invoice processing and the administration of workshop management systems, including VMS, to support smarter

Qualifications

• Proven administration experience
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Confidence using computer systems and learning new software
• Data accuracy and attention to detail
• Experience processing purchases, records, or inventory information
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
• Collaborative and positive approach to teamwork
• Health and safety awareness
• Experience in a workshop, transport, fleet, or maintenance environment advantageous but not essential
