Oranga Tamariki—Ministry for Children is seeking a Permanent, full-time Workplace Administrator based at our Palmerston North site. You will support the Social Work kaimahi with administrative tasks, scheduling, and coordinating meetings.
Key duties include liaising with vendors, booking rooms, handling reception, and assisting with health and safety, data collection, and financial planning. We welcome applicants who value cross-cultural engagement and can work calmly in demanding situations.

Oranga Tamariki offer a step based remuneration package, that offers progression annually for experience through tenure. Annual remuneration for this position starts between $57,096 and $62,773 dependant on experience.
