Hato Hone St John is seeking a data-driven workforce planning professional to coordinate clinical education delivery, roster management and capacity planning on a national level. Reporting to the Clinical Education Delivery Manager, you will support the national coordination and optimisation of clinical education delivery, ensuring rosters and clinical delivery capacity are planned and managed effectively across the organisation.

This is a 12-month fixed-term position, working 40 hours per week. This is a hybrid role and will ideally be based in Auckland or Christchurch, however, other locations may be considered.
