Job summary

Recruitment Studio – Auckland is seeking an Operations Advisor to support the People & Culture team with day-to-day HR and Payroll operations, focusing on Workday and Datapay across Trans-Tasman activities.

You will end-to-end process employment documentation, manage high-volume data entry, and help leaders and employees stay compliant. This is a 3-month fixed-term contract with ASAP start through to December 2026.

Qualifications

• Experience in a People & Culture team and enjoy operational, data-heavy work.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing HR data.
• Familiarity with NZ employment legislation and payroll-related tasks.

Responsibilities

• Execute Workday tasks end-to-end, including employment documentation and variations.
• Perform high-volume data entry and maintain accurate HR data across systems.
• Support leaders and employees across Trans-Tasman People & Culture activities.
• Keep Workday and payroll processes running smoothly with a proactive, can-do attitude.
