Job summary

H2R is seeking an adaptable Payroll and HR Coordinator to support our client across end-to-end payroll and first-level HR enquiries in New Zealand, with exposure to Australian payroll regulations.

Based in Auckland, you will learn and apply leave, termination and employment legislation, engage directly with employees, and combine payroll duties with broader HR tasks in a collaborative, tech-enabled environment.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting end-to-end payroll in New Zealand.
• Exposure to Australian payroll is beneficial but not required.
• Strong understanding of leave, termination and employment legislation.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable with using modern payroll/HR systems.
• Willing to learn and assist across payroll, HR and admin.
• Excellent relationship-building and collaborative teamwork.
