Supporting this busy People & Culture team in an Operations Advisor capacity, this role is all about keeping day-to-day HR and Payroll operations (Workday and Datapay) running smoothly, supporting leaders and employees across Trans-Tasman people activities.
This is an operations role, you’ll be ‘heads down’ actioning Workday tasks end to end, including employment documentation and processing (letters of employment, employment variations etc.), alongside high-volume, accurate data entry. You will need to offer a great, ‘can do, just leave it with me’ attitude.
Would have relevant experience within a People & Culture team and enjoy getting stuck into operational, data-heavy work.
Ultimately this role is about having the energy and enthusiasm to keep this P&C team’s data accurate and their Workday processes running smoothly.
