Tribe Group leads Workday HCM implementations for enterprise clients in New Zealand. You will guide requirements sessions, design and configuration, and support delivery teams to ensure quality outcomes.

Ideal candidates bring proven Workday HCM experience, strong stakeholder engagement, and certification in HCM Core and Compensation, with a knack for facilitating workshops and translating needs into practical solutions.

Qualifications

• Proven Workday implementation experience in a client-facing consulting capacity.
• Workday certification/implementation capability in HCM Core and Compensation (must-have).
• Experience leading requirements sessions and translating needs into practical Workday solutions.
• Confidence engaging stakeholders at all levels with strong communication and workshop facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as the conduit between business stakeholders and delivery teams—running workshops and shaping solutions
• Lead Workday HCM workstreams from requirements through design, configuration and support
• Drive testing, knowledge transfer and end-user training to ensure adoption and quality delivery
