Job summary

Advocate Aurora Health is seeking a Women's Health RN to join our 36-hour weekly schedule. The role includes night shifts 1900–0730, self-scheduling with day-to-day floating or 6-week float assignments, and coverage across multiple sites in Zone 4 and Zone 5.

Requires 2 years Women's Health RN experience (L&D and Postpartum) and BLS/ACLS. The incumbent will engage in governance, follow nursing processes, ensure safety, document in EHR, and collaborate with the care team to improve outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Board of Nursing approved nursing education program.
• Active RN license with multi-state compact privileges or state-specific license.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required; additional certifications may be needed.
• Experience: typical 1 year in clinical nursing; 2 years in Women's Health preferred.
• Ability to document clearly in electronic health records.
