Trust Horizon in Whakatane is seeking a friendly Retail Assistant to join our busy operation. You will deliver outstanding customer service, handle transactions, prepare displays, and help maintain a welcoming store environment.

The role is full-time with a guaranteed minimum of 32 hours per week. You must be reliable, speak clear English, and be prepared to work 7 days on rostered shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service to all customers by listening and responding in a confident, professional manner.

• Scan and record prices of goods for sale; handle payments and issue receipts.
• Maintain shop floor presentation, displays, and cleanliness.
