You will observe, document health conditions, participate in ongoing training, and work with a caring team to uphold a positive, supportive culture and mentorship within a thriving aged-care community.

Qualifications

• NZ Residents and NZ Citizens prioritized for interview/screening.
• Willingness to work in a care setting with older adults.
• Ability to follow guidance and document health conditions accurately.

Responsabilités

• Assist residents with personal care and activities.
• Encourage resident-led decisions in eating, resting, movement and communication.
• Observe, record and communicate health conditions; participate in ongoing training.
