DX Mail in Wellington is seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to lead the mail processing team and ensure flawless delivery operations.

You will report to the Wellington Area Manager and oversee workforce planning, onboarding, rostering, labour cost management, safety, sorting, dispatch, and reporting to drive performance and cost control. This is a permanent, full-time role with Monday–Friday shifts at the main Wellington site.
