Job summary

DX Mail is seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to lead Wellington’s mail processing team and oversee end-to-end delivery operations. You will manage workforce planning, onboarding, training, rostering, and safety compliance to ensure a safe, productive workplace focused on on-time premium mail services.

You will drive continuous improvement, cost control, and team development while collaborating with leadership and frontline staff across AM and PM shifts at our Wellington site.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading operational teams in mail processing, logistics, or similar environments.
• Strong ability to plan workforce, roster, and manage labour costs.
• Experience onboarding, coaching, and developing diverse teams to meet performance standards.
• Solid knowledge of health and safety regulations and a zero-harm mindset.
• Strong problem-solving and process improvement capabilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster a positive team culture.
• Experience with operational reporting, data analysis, and compliance management.
