DX Mail in Wellington is seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to lead our mail processing team and ensure on-time delivery across shifts. Are you an experienced operations leader passionate about driving team performance, efficiency, and operational excellence? Join DX Mail as an Operations Supervisor responsible for leading Wellington’s mail processing team and ensuring flawless delivery operations.

About the role

Reporting to the Wellington Area Manager, you will lead the end-to-end operational performance of our Wellington processing teams. Your responsibilities will include workforce planning, onboarding and training staff, managing labour and rosters, ensuring compliance and safety, overseeing mail sorting and dispatch, and supporting billing accuracy and reporting.

This role is critical in maintaining a safe, productive, and motivated workplace culture focused on delivering premium mail and parcel services on time, every time. You will drive continuous improvement, cost control, and team development while collaborating closely with leadership and frontline staff.

This is a permanent, full-time role, Monday to Friday, working across both AM and PM shifts at our main Wellington site.
