DX Mail in Wellington seeks an experienced Operations Supervisor to lead our mail processing team and ensure flawless delivery operations. This permanent, full-time role reports to the Wellington Area Manager and covers end-to-end performance, workforce planning, onboarding, rostering, safety, and reporting.
You will drive continuous improvement, cost control, and team development while collaborating with leadership and frontline staff.

Reporting to the Wellington Area Manager, you will lead the end-to-end operational performance of our Wellington processing teams. Your responsibilities will include workforce planning, onboarding and training staff, managing labour and rosters, ensuring compliance and safety, overseeing mail sorting and dispatch, and supporting billing accuracy and reporting.
This role is critical in maintaining a safe, productive, and motivated workplace culture focused on delivering premium mail and parcel services on time, every time. You will drive continuous improvement, cost control, and team development while collaborating closely with leadership and frontline staff.
This is a permanent, full-time role, Monday to Friday, working across both AM and PM shifts at our main Wellington site.
