Job summary

Financial Services Complaints Limited (FSCL) is seeking a Data and Research Analyst to consolidate data and reporting at FSCL. This role will report on complaints, demographics, membership, calls and survey data, and create dashboards in Power BI.

It will also perform user acceptance testing for a new CRM and support prevention strategies to reduce complaints. Wellington-based, full-time; part-time hours may be considered.

Qualifications

• A relevant tertiary qualification is required.
• At least two years’ experience as a data analyst or similar.
• Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
• High level capability with Microsoft 365 including Excel, Dynamics 365 (Customer Voice), Power BI and Copilot.

Responsibilities

• Report on and analyze FSCL’s data including complaints, demographics, membership, calls and surveys.
• Design and create dashboards and Power BI reports.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing for a new CRM.
• Support prevention strategies to minimise member and industry wide complaints.
• Maintain datasets and enable data-driven management decisions.
