Financial Services Complaints Limited (FSCL) is seeking a Data and Research Analyst to consolidate data and reporting at FSCL. This role will report on complaints, demographics, membership, calls and survey data, and create dashboards in Power BI.
It will also perform user acceptance testing for a new CRM and support prevention strategies to reduce complaints. Wellington-based, full-time; part-time hours may be considered.
Financial Services Complaints Limited (FSCL) is looking for an enthusiastic team player to join our team.
The Data and Research Analyst role is a newly established role to consolidate data and reporting work at FSCL into a dedicated role.
The role will undertake reporting on, and analysis of, FSCL’s data, including complaints data, demographics data, membership data, phone call data, and survey data. This reporting and analysis will ensure effective management of complaints and play a key role in prevention strategies to minimise individual member and industry wide complaints.
The role will undertake user acceptance testing for a new CRM and be responsible for the design and creation of dashboards and Power BI reports.
A relevant tertiary qualification is required and at least two years’ experience in a data analyst or similar role. Relevant industry experience would be an advantage.
Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills are essential.
High level capability with the Microsoft suite of products is also essential, including capability with Excel, Dynamics 365 including Customer Voice and Power Automate, Power BI, and Copilot.
The role is a full-time permanent job opportunity. We will consider applicants seeking part-time hours. The role is Wellington-based.
