Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in oilfield well site services, well testing, offshore operations, or early production systems.
• Strong hands-on experience across well testing and production operations.
• Experience leading or supervising small teams in a field-based environment.
• Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications and electronic reporting systems.
• A current Senior First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain).
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and delivering exceptional service in demanding operational environments.

Responsibilities

As part of our field operations team, you will deliver high-quality testing and inspection services while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and customer service. This hands‑on role involves fieldwork, technical reporting, equipment management, and supporting the development of others within the team. You'll play an important role in ensuring projects are completed safely, accurately, and professionally.

What you'll be doing:

Safety & Compliance

Promote a strong safety culture and ensure safe work practices at all times.

Follow SGS policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Take responsibility for personal development and professional conduct.

Operations

Deliver field-based testing and inspection activities in line with project requirements.

Ensure all equipment is available, maintained, calibrated, and ready for use.

Collect, record, and report accurate data and results.
