Job summary

Giltrap Group in Auckland is seeking a Weekend Showroom Host to deliver friendly front-of-house service and support showroom operations.

You will be the first point of contact for customers and visitors, answer calls, greet guests, and maintain a welcoming reception area. This role offers training, a positive team environment, and opportunities to contribute to a premium customer experience at our Zeekr showroom.

As Weekend Showroom Host, you will responsible for providing professional front-of-house customer service and administrative support to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the dealership. As the first point of contact for customers, visitors, and enquiries, the role plays a key part in creating a positive customer experience while supporting the wider team with administrative and operational tasks. Your key responsibilities will include:
