Z has a clear purpose: Powering better journeys, today and tomorrow. As one of New Zealand’s largest transport energy companies, we have a commitment to delivering safe, secure, and reliable transport energy – with the opportunity to deliver new journeys, with new energy solutions in a changing world. We are proud to be the Kiwi contingent of Ampol, an independent Trans-Tasman energy company, with trading offices across the globe, which are united behind our shared purpose. While many of the challenges and opportunities we face go beyond national boundaries, together we have the scale, influence, and capability to deliver for our customers, communities, and our people.
Our Customer team are focused on exactly that – our Customers! At Z, Customer Experience is at the heart of everything we do - our strategy, capability development and investment decisions. We're creating and continually developing products and digital channels our customers will love and that make their lives easier.
As part of the Marketing team, you'll help shape the online experience across the Z, Caltex and U-GO websites, ensuring customers can easily find information, engage with our promotions, and access the products and services they need.
As our Kaitaki Ihirangi Tukutuku Web Content Manager you will take ownership of our websites as a key marketing channel. You'll manage day‑to‑day website operations, publish and optimise content, monitor performance, and identify opportunities to improve customer experience and engagement across our digital platforms.
You’ll bring experience managing website content, confidence using website analytics and performance data to drive decisions, and a strong understanding of how content, search visibility and user experience work together to deliver great outcomes. You’ll also be comfortable working with agency and technology partners to troubleshoot issues, implement improvements and maintain effective website operations.
This is a hands‑on role where you'll work across a range of responsibilities and collaborate with a range of stakeholders, balancing business priorities with customer needs, while ensuring our websites remain accurate, on‑brand, high‑performing and easy to use.
