Job summary

Z Energy NZ is seeking a Kaitaki Ihirangi Tukutuku Web Content Manager to own and optimise our website content for Z, Caltex and U-GO across Auckland or Wellington. You’ll publish content, monitor performance, and collaborate with agency and tech partners to improve customer journeys and engagement.

The role is hands-on, requires CMS and SEO know-how, and offers hybrid work with a base salary range stated below.

Qualifications

• Experience managing website content in a CMS.
• Strong understanding of SEO, GEO and content optimisation principles.
• Experience using Google Analytics or similar tools to generate actionable insights.
• Customer-focused mindset with interest in improving digital experiences.
• Excellent stakeholder management with internal and external partners.
• Great communication skills and a bias for action.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering quality outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Manage and publish content, imagery, video and digital assets across multiple websites.
• Monitor website performance and work with internal and external partners to resolve issues and implement improvements.
• Optimise content and site structure to improve search visibility and discoverability.
• Use website analytics and customer insights to improve journeys, engagement and content effectiveness.
• Lead website governance, quality assurance and content standards.
• Partner with stakeholders across marketing, communications, technology and external agencies to deliver great digital experiences.
