WSP NZ is seeking a Digital Engineering Lead - Water to drive digital delivery across water projects nationwide. This hands‑on role blends project delivery with influencing standards, tools and ways of working to lift consistency, quality and efficiency across teams.

You will champion modelling standards, BIM and ISO 19650 aligned practices, mentor project teams nationwide and help shape the strategic direction of digital engineering in the water sector.

Formación

• Extensive experience in digital engineering for infrastructure or water projects.
• Strong expertise in Civil 3D and/or Plant 3D.
• Proven ability to lead and embed digital delivery standards, workflows and quality practices.
• Experience supporting ISO 19650-aligned practices.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and support digital delivery across water projects.
• Establish and embed modelling standards, workflows, and quality frameworks.
• Act as a technical advisor to the Water Leadership Team on digital engineering practices.
• Drive improvements in tools, systems, and processes to enhance efficiency and delivery outcomes.
• Coach and uplift capability within project teams nationwide.
• Support the adoption and implementation of ISO 19650-aligned practices.
• Contribute to strategic direction for digital engineering within the water sector.
• Enhance client outcomes through high-quality, reliable digital delivery.
