Summerset Retirement Villages in Hawke's Bay is seeking a professional, organized casual Receptionist to join our team at Summerset in the Bay village. As the first point of contact, you will create a warm, welcoming environment for residents and visitors while supporting the team with a range of administrative tasks.

Responsibilities include greeting visitors, answering calls and emails, scheduling, data entry, mail management, keeping the reception area tidy, and ensuring security procedures
