Job summary

Oceania Healthcare’s Elmwood Village in Manurewa is seeking a casual Receptionist to join their dedicated team. You’ll be the welcoming face, provide admin support, and help ensure smooth service delivery for residents and guests.

You’ll bring 3+ years in a similar role, strong Microsoft Office skills, and the ability to build rapport with residents, visitors, and suppliers. Eligibility to work in NZ is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a similar position.
• Ability to problem solve effectively with visitors, contractors, residents and families.
• Experience with administration, accounts payable, petty cash and suppliers.
• Excellent computer skills, particularly with the Microsoft Office suite.
• Ability to build rapport, provide assistance and treat residents with respect.
• Eligibility to work in NZ.
