Job summary

JB Hi-Fi in New Zealand is seeking a Merchandise Team Member to maintain stock replenishment and merchandising standards, while supporting the JB Hi-Fi brand and overall store experience for customers both in-store and online.

You will work as part of a collaborative team, delivering high-quality customer service, handling queries, and assisting with counter duties where needed. The role supports hybrid working in eligible positions and offers development opportunities within the JB Hi-Fi Group.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining product replenishment and merchandising (point of sale placement) across the store as required.
• Contributing to the JB Hi‑Fi brand and store experience to the highest standards through quality merchandising, in-store marketing, and presentation.
• Working collaboratively as part of a team to deliver a positive experience for both instore and online customers and effectively resolve customer complaints and queries.
• Assist with customer service requirements including counter duties as required.
