JB Hi-Fi is seeking a Merchandise Team Member in New Zealand to support replenishment, shelf presentation, and the store’s customer-service standards. You will help keep products in-stock and showcased to drive a great shopping experience for our customers.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain product replenishment and merchandising (point of sale placement) across the store as required
• Contribute to the JB Hi-Fi brand and store experience to the highest standards through quality merchandising, in-store marketing, and presentation
• Work collaboratively as part of a team to deliver a positive experience for both instore and online customers and effectively resolve customer complaints and queries as required
• Assist with customer service requirements including counter duties as required
