Job summary

Employer Sponsored Jobs in New Zealand is seeking a reliable, hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to lead our busy distribution operation serving customers across the North Island.

You will coordinate people, products, orders, deliveries, inventory, and day-to-day activities while maintaining high standards of safety and accuracy. Sponsorship available; full visa sponsorship under AEWV.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in warehouse, logistics, distribution, or related operational environment.
• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of stock control and warehouse processes.
• Experience coordinating customer orders, deliveries, dispatch, and collections.
• Good understanding of workplace health and safety requirements.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer-service abilities.
• Ability to work in a hands-on operational environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accurate documentation.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Experience using inventory, warehouse-management, or stock-control systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the warehouse team to achieve daily operational targets.
• Coordinate receiving, storage, stock movements, picking, dispatch, deliveries, and customer collections.
• Manage incoming international shipments and internal stock transfers.
• Process customer orders accurately and ensure orders are fulfilled on time.
• Coordinate delivery schedules and collection requirements for customers.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock systems remain up-to-date.
• Conduct and coordinate regular stock checks and cycle counts.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and professional warehouse environment.
• Monitor warehouse productivity, service levels, and operational performance.
• Support staffing requirements and coordinate additional temporary labour when necessary.
