The successful candidate will manage financial operations, ensure accurate reporting, support business performance and maintain compliance across multiple accounting functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Minimum three years of accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Experience with multi-currency accounting is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts receivable and monitor customer payments.
• Verify billing accuracy against contracts and shipment costs.
• Reconcile accounts receivable with the general ledger.
• Process supplier invoices and accounts payable transactions.
• Validate invoices against shipment records and allocated costs.
• Schedule and process supplier payments, including multi-currency transactions.
• Maintain supplier records and resolve payment discrepancies.
• Prepare journal entries and maintain general ledger accuracy.
• Assist with monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting.
• Provide financial analyses to support operational performance.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance

Three years accounting experience

Strong accounting principles and financial reporting
