Play a key role in supporting our nationwide parts and supply chain operations. In this role you will be part of our Inwards Goods team, you'll be involved in all aspects of warehouse operations, helping ensure parts and equipment are received, stored, picked and distributed efficiently. Working as part of a small but critical team, you'll contribute directly to the success of our parts supply chain and the service we provide to our customers across New Zealand.
You will be responsible for:
- Maintain CablePrice's commitment to Health & Safety, our number one priority
- Receive, process and store incoming goods accurately and efficiently
- Pick, pack and dispatch goods to internal and external customers
- Operate within the company ERP system to manage inventory and warehouse transactions
- Assist with cyclical and annual stocktakes
- Maintain high standards of warehouse presentation and housekeeping
- Support the wider parts and logistics team to ensure smooth warehouse operations
- Deliver exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders
You will bring:
- A current Forklift Licence and practical forklift operating experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous warehousing, logistics or distribution experience
- Experience using barcode scanning and inventory management systems
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- The ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines in a busy environment
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- The ability to build positive working relationships across all areas of the business
