Placements24 seeks a Warehouse Operations Lead for a Queenstown facility to manage daily reception, storage, picking, packing and shipping activities. You will guide a team, enforce safety standards, and drive accuracy in inventory and order fulfillment.

The role requires 5+ years in warehouse operations with leadership exposure, strong WMS knowledge, and a hands-on approach to continuous improvement in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years in warehouse operations with 2+ in lead roles.
• Strong knowledge of WMS and inventory control principles.
• Experience in e-commerce fulfillment is highly desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, put-away, picking, packing and shipping.
• Supervise and train warehouse staff, ensuring productivity and safety compliance.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and audits.
• Optimize layout and processes for efficiency and space utilization.
