Job summary

Flo & Frankie is seeking Warehouse Assistants for our Parnell site in Auckland. These full-time roles run Monday to Friday with occasional late-night and weekend work during peak periods. Join a supportive team and contribute to a fast-paced operation.

You’ll gain training, work with a modern warehouse, and be valued for accuracy, reliability, and teamwork. A positive attitude and ability to work both collaboratively and independently are essential.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail and accuracy when checking and stocking stock.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic in a busy environment.
• Clear communication and ability to work as part of a close-knit team.
• Physically fit and able to lift/move stock; licence preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive, check, barcode, and store incoming stock.
• Pick and pack customer and store orders to Flo & Frankie’s standards.
• Operate Warehouse Management System and follow workflow processes.
• Keep warehouse spaces tidy, organised and safe at all times.
• Use warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
• Assist with loading and unloading deliveries.
• Support stocktakes and report discrepancies.

Ready to roll up your sleeves and be part of a purpose-driven Kiwi company? We’re on the lookout for motivated and reliable Warehouse Assistants to join our team at our Parnell warehouse.

These are full-time roles, working Monday through Friday, with flexibility required to support late-night and weekend work during peak periods. You’ll be part of a supportive, down-to-earth team that takes pride in what they do and enjoys working together to get the job done.

What You’ll Do

• Receiving, checking, barcoding, and carefully storing incoming stock
• Picking and packing customer and store orders to Flo & Frankie’s high standard
• Confidently operating our Warehouse Management System and workflow processes (full training provided)
• Keeping warehouse spaces tidy, organised, and safe at all times
• Using warehouse equipment (such as order pickers and pallet jacks) safely and efficiently
• Assisting with loading and unloading deliveries
• Supporting stocktakes and inventory checks, and reporting any discrepancies
• Pitching in with general warehouse tasks to keep things running smoothly

What you’ll bring

• Great attention to detail and pride in doing things right
• A positive, can-do attitude and strong work ethic
• Clear communication skills and the ability to work as part of a close-knit team
• Confidence to take direction and work independently when needed
• Physically fit and comfortable being on your feet, lifting and moving stock
• Warehouse or inventory experience preferred but not essential - we’ll teach the right person
• Full driver’s licence preferred
