Job summary

The New Zealand Blood Service in Auckland is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Associate to support our busy GMP compliant facility. You will handle pick-and-pack duties, receipting, data entry, and stock movement with a focus on accuracy and timely fulfilment.

You will work as part of the Inwards Goods team, maintain stock integrity, and provide excellent service to internal and external customers while maintaining a clean and safe warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' warehousing experience with stock control and pick-and-pack
• Experience in FMCG or Pharmaceutical is advantageous
• Data entry with high accuracy
• Physically fit for regular lifting and movement
• Full, clean NZ Class 1 driver’s licence and forklift licence
• Friendly, collaborative and able to work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and process incoming goods with accurate data entry into inventory systems
• Pick, pack, and dispatch products to locations across New Zealand
• Manual handling and distribution of stock within the service
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised warehouse environment
• Conduct stock checks, cycle counts and general inventory management
• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers
• Follow defined warehouse processes with high accuracy
