Job summary

AWF New Zealand is seeking a highly organised warehouse professional for stores, warehouse and admin duties in a busy environment. The role focuses on outward goods, stock control and efficient order processing.

Responsibilities include picking/packing, forklift handling, freight documentation, and data entry. You will work with internal teams to ensure timely dispatch and maintain a safe, tidy stores area.

Qualifications

• Current OSH Forklift Certificate (essential).
• Proven warehouse/stores experience.
• Strong computer skills using freight and inventory systems.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Picking, packing and dispatching orders.
• Loading and unloading stock using a forklift.
• Creating consignment labels and freight tickets through carrier portals.
• Processing freight documentation accurately.
• Inventory tracking and data entry.
• Maintaining a clean, organised and safe stores area.
• Working closely with internal teams to ensure orders are dispatched on time.
