Job summary

Aliaxis NZ in Christchurch is seeking a highly organized Inventory Controller to maintain stock accuracy across a busy warehouse and office environment, reporting to the Site Manager. You will lead cycle counts, reconciliations and ensure traceable inventory records within BPCS.

This hands-on role requires close collaboration with warehouse, procurement and planning teams to sustain optimal stock levels. This role emphasizes ownership of stock integrity, continuous improvement, and leadership

Qualifications

• Proven inventory management experience across warehouse/office environments.
• Strong computer literacy with Excel and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead cycle counts, stock audits and reconciliations.
• Maintain accurate racking locations, barcodes and stock records in BPCS.
• Oversee receipts, put-away, DRP transactions and inter-company transfers.
• Investigate variances, root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with warehouse, procurement and planning to prevent stockouts and optimize levels.
• Prepare inventory accuracy reports and support continuous improvement initiatives.
