Job summary

Health New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora seeks a dedicated Ward Clerk for Ward 35E at Middlemore Hospital. You will be the first point of contact for patients and staff, handling administration, reception and clerical tasks to aid smooth ward operations.

The ideal candidate will be organized, customer-focused, with strong communication skills and the ability to work across a multidisciplinary team. This is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week role based in Auckland.

Qualifications

• Frontline reception and telephone experience.
• Knowledge of computer technology and basic computer skills.
• Previous administration experience in a healthcare environment.

• Excellent admin skills with high attention to detail.
