We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, organised, and customer-focused individual to join our Adult Rehabilitation, Health of Older People as a Ward Clerk in Ward 35E at Middlemore Hospital.
As the first point of contact for patients, whānau, and staff, you will play a vital role in supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the ward.
Your responsibilities will include providing efficient administrative, clerical, and reception services that contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient care.
This role requires excellent communication and organisational skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare environment.
This is a full‑time position working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, during business hours.
The salary range is dependent on skills and experience and will be paid in line with the National Administration Collective agreement.
