Job summary

Fulton Hogan Ltd in Hamilton seeks a Traffic Management Assurance, Competency & Training Lead to strengthen Temporary Traffic Management across the Waikato region. You will lead assurance, coaching and training initiatives to build capability and support safer, more consistent delivery.

You will coordinate competency pathways, provide on-job coaching for permanent and casual staff, and work with operational leaders to lift TTM standards.

Qualifications

• Extensive operational TTM experience and knowledge of current TTM requirements.
• Category A, B and C STMS NP and TTM certifications.
• Strong NZGTTM understanding and Fulton Hogan minimum requirements.
• Class 1 and Class 2 licences with endorsements.

Responsibilities

• Lead traffic management assurance inspections across Waikato, document findings and report trends.
• Collaborate with field crews, leaders and subcontractors to address findings and raise standards.
• Coordinate and monitor competency and training pathways for employees.
• Deliver practical on-job training, coaching and mentoring for permanent and casual staff.
• Support the TM Department Manager and Operations Supervisor to deliver safe, efficient outcomes.
