Job summary

Fulton Hogan in Auckland seeks a TTM Planning Supervisor to lead our TTM Technical Services team. You’ll guide a capable group to deliver safe, practical Traffic Management Plans that keep projects on track and people moving.

The role sits at the heart of our design function with a 70/40 field-to-office split. You’ll coach, review plans, and collaborate across projects and consultants, delivering high standards with safety front and centre.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in leadership, managing large teams in busy environments.
• Experience in traffic management, preferably in complex/high-risk settings.
• Mentoring capability to grow team capability and provide feedback.
• Strong skills in TTM planning and reviewing TMPs with design software and standards.
• Collaborative, safety-focused approach balancing field and office work.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor a large team of TTM Planners and technical team members to deliver high-quality planning outcomes.
• Coordinate workflow, priorities and resources across multiple projects while maintaining quality, consistency and delivery timeframes.
• Review and approve TMPs and risk assessments to ensure they meet NZGTTM, RCA requirements and Fulton Hogan standards.
• Work closely with project teams, RCAs, consultants and subcontractors to develop practical, risk-based traffic management solutions.
• Spend time both in the field and office, supporting delivery on site, strengthening team capability, and lifting technical performance.
