Kiwibank is seeking an experienced Customer Insights Analyst in Wellington for a 12-month fixed-term role. You will apply your expertise across customer feedback, data, reporting and insight to help ensure trusted information informs Kiwi decisions.

The role offers exposure to evolving insight technologies while delivering day-to-day programme delivery. Using SQL, Qualtrics and Power BI, you will analyze data, build dashboards, and communicate insights to both technical and non-technical

• Strong SQL querying and data manipulation.
