Habit Health in Wellington seeks an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team, focusing on vocational rehabilitation and returning clients to work. You will deliver assessments, plan tailored rehabilitation, and liaise with employers, ACC and healthcare providers to achieve positive outcomes.

As part of a supportive team, you’ll manage a caseload, complete high-quality reports, and contribute to a culture of growth through mentorship and development opportunities.

Competenze

• Registered Occupational Therapist with current NZ APC.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in vocational/occupational rehabilitation or return-to-work services.
• Full New Zealand driver's license for community-based rehab.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

About you

• Registered Occupational Therapist with a current New Zealand APC
• Previous experience in vocational rehabilitation, occupational rehabilitation, return-to-work services, or ACC contracts is highly desirable
• Minimum 2 years' experience as an Occupational Therapist
• Strong understanding of workplace assessments and return-to-work planning
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• Full New Zealand driver's licence for community-based rehabilitation
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• A genuine passion for helping people achieve their rehabilitation and employment goals
