Job summary

Q Theatre is seeking a Visitor Experience Operations Executive to plan and deliver staffing for outstanding customer service across its operations. The role focuses on leading the Visitor Experience Team, developing the hospitality division, and coordinating with clients and suppliers to ensure seamless front-of-house events.

Qualifications

• Five years of experience in event/venue management or operations coordination within hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on training and leading the Visitor Experience Team to deliver the highest level of customer service.
• Develop the hospitality portion of Q Theatre's business, coordinating with delivery teams, external contractors and suppliers.
• Collaborate with clients/hirers and internal teams to ensure smooth set-up and delivery of front-of-house events.
• Support the Head of Patron Services in implementing and delivering the Visitor Experience Strategy.

The Visitor Experience Operations Executive is instrumental in planning and delivering staffing requirements to ensure there is a high standard of customer service across Q's operations.

Key responsibilities

• Hands on training and managing the Visitor Experience Team to deliver the highest level of customer service
• Responsible for developing the hospitality portion of Q Theatre's business, including coordinating with delivery teams, external contractors and suppliers
• Work closely with clients/hirers, as well as other teams within Q Theatre, to ensure smooth set-up and delivery of front of house events
• Support the Head of Patron services in implementing and delivering on Q's Visitor Experience Strategy

About you

• Minimum of five years' experience in event/venue management or operations coordination within the hospitality industry
• Outstanding people leadership and management skills to motivate a large workforce to create a high performing team
• Keen eye for curating diverse and exceptional experiences, with aim to promote equality, diversity, and inclusion
• Experience devising and implementing successful visitor engagement, with a proven creative approach to engaging a wide variety of audiences
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities to communicate and collaborate effectively at all levels, internally across departments and with external contacts
