Vinarchy is seeking reliable team players for fixed term roles in Hawke's Bay, New Zealand, as part of the 2027 Vintage. Roles commence early to mid‑February and run through the vintage period.

You will work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment operating winery equipment, handling grape receival, fermentation support and barrel tasks. A 6‑day week and outdoor work are required; prior vintage experience is a plus but not essential.

Qualifications

• Applicants must have legal right to work in New Zealand.
• Solid English literacy and numeracy is required.
• Physical fitness for manual tasks and outdoor work.
• Willingness to work long shifts across a 6-day week.
• Previous vintage experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Operate presses, crushers, pumps and other winery equipment.
• Grape receival, crushing and juice/wine transfers.
• Perform pump overs, rack and returns, additions and fermentation support.
• Barrel work— filling, emptying, topping and cleaning.
• Record data on log sheets and cellar notes.
